- 2 / 5By susan brownEverytime I come to California to see my family, we go to Cold Stones because we don't have one back home. We have never EVER had a bad experience until tonight. The service was HORRIBLE! The girls that were working were rude and didn't seem happy to help us at all. We had ordered a lot of ice cream and asked for our finished ones to be placed in the freezer so that they would remain cold, and the girl making our ice cream had an attitude about it. The staff were so unfriendly and as a past loyal customer, I am not sure I will come back (at least not at this location). Ice cream is amazing but the service was awful.July 07, 2016
