  So I've lived in av for almost 3 years and 1800 is a well talked about place. Im highly disappointed honestly. I lived in la my entire life so carne asada fries is something we eat regularly. Again i'm highly disappointed. For the fair price of 9 bucks you too can get a small basket of salty shoestring fries covered in salty (quite possibly the only seasoning) carne asada with pico de gallo and a ton of cheese. Im leaving this review for the people who want decent Mexican food and can't find it... Im still looking. I miss la.

  So to start it off, I've been here twice and never have I been compelled to write a review so quickly about somewhere. Food is top notch, how can someone spend the same amount at a place that treats burritos like it's subway? I don't know. This is authentic food. Fresh chips, salsa. Everything seems like it was made just before it was served to you. The owner is a gem. He let us in right after their closing time. Customer appreciation like I haven't seen ever. Thanks for being great.
